Has anybody put up there christmas lights yet?? I am slowly getting everything out. We already put up the tree, now I have to decorate the inside/outside of the house. I LOVE decorating for Christmas. I also love driving around town to look at everyone elses decor. There used to be a place in Mesa/Tempe somewhere near Guadalupe and where the whole street decorated their house. When we went they even had a santa to sit with. We went there when my daughter was born, but have never been able to find it since. This year we plan to go to Glendale Glitters. If anyone knows of any other place let me know. We are always looking for something new to do this time of year!!

Yeah half of them are up and on @ at night already!!! Will be putting up more especially since I don't have to wear a winter coat and fight the snow like I had to back home last year!!

We actually put our lights up earlier than usual this year.  My husband saw the neighbors outside working hard and I think he felt guilty so he put up our lights.  Yesterday I put together our animated lighted reindeer set and I still have the battle wounds bandaged!  The Christmas tree is out of the storage cabinets, but I haven't brought it inside yet.  I have to move around alot of furniture first, and wanted to wait until after Thanksgiving was over.  I should start on it today...my children would be sooooo excited to come home and see it up.

Well i dont know if ours will go up this christmas or not since we will be moving before then to Arizona. Maybe hen we get there i will see if I can find a tree to put up or something!!

I was out moving the giant ladder around Saturday morning to hang the lights, as was a lot of our neighbors.  It is so much fun to start seeing the lights and Holiday cheer, especially that it is not starting to cool off here in AZ.

Rivers and I have already had a fun few walks in the evenings to look at all of the lights - he is so intrigued by them.

Wow, could you help me get my husband motivated?  I have been asking for days for him to put up the lights and nothing.  Now, the last four days have done nothing but snow!  And he leaves for AZ tomorrow.  I guess I will just have to decorate inside this year!

i have lots of xmas lights but no latter to put them up with might go pick one up later this week or on the weekend to get the lights up. its so nice to be able to actually put lights up, at the apt there were no outlets outside on the balcony so i had to get one of the plugs that go in the light socket but then i couldnt get anything into the stucco to hang the lights broke a drill bit trying.

MY house is nearly done.

My Tree is up and decorated just need to finish the outside of the house. I am gonna go Friday and get some more things for my house. I love decorating for the holidays.

This year I have finally got all my decorations out, with the help from my mom in from IL.  Usually I have no time, between work, games, practices, and basic day to day to get all 16 of my rubber maid totes out.  I am really happy we did it.  I will take a picture of the tree and post it!  I even have fake snow, my mom surprised me and her and my dad went and bought stuffing for quilts and put on top of our pool table and made a village for my kids - heck who am I kidding I love it more that they do!

i still need to find all my xmas stuff to many boxes and rubbermades around hard to figure out whats in what. we have our little fiber optic tree up it looks so little, it was perfect for the apt but here you hardly see it and i havent found the decorations for it yet. ill try and post pics when we have more stuff up now that i can breathe i should be able to get some stuff done.

We just picked out our tree! It's beautiful! I was jumping up and down in the tree lot. I think I was more excited than my kids.
