Did you enjoy your required reading? What were some of the titles that you had to read in school? Do you think you would enjoy them now more then you did back then?

I love reading, but don't have the time to read what I want. Savannah now has to read an hour a week for school. Shelby had her first 'library' day at school last week and it was a big hit! So getting them to read is getting easier and easier. We are trying to read one book a day. I find some of the new books really cute. The oldies are still great!

Once you start reading you don't want to put that book down and that is a problem when you have kids running around yellingm your nalme, lol!! Maybe when they are all asleep wich is kind of late because I also get sleepy.

I enjoyed reading the required reading in high school - always thought is was interesting and made me think. However, I was one who did usually wait to finish until the due date.

I absolutely love reading!! (I would stay up late at night curled up with a good book). There was one book in particular that I disliked that was required reading; the Scarlet Letter. I just found no real point to reading the book.....
