it sounds like all you can do is laugh (or go crazy). What a hectic week...it'll settle down soon!

Now that is a 1st week, 1st home story if I ever heard one!  I hope the 2nd week is more mellow.

We had our experiences stuff left behind - most significanlty the giant litter box (a.ka. sand box) in the backyard.  Our 1st month in the house was mass desrtuction of the backyard, which we totally love now.

Our homeowning experiences have been much different.  Wow!  You really do need a sense of humor for a week like that! LOL!

The first two homes we built had very few extras, and no landscaping in the front or back yard.  We also had no window coverings for quite a while.  We felt like we were living in a fishbowl.  We learned our lesson for our current home.  We got window coverings right away, our landscaping in the front was finished (the design came with the home), and we were much more prepared since we didn't have a fridge yet (used coolers until the delivery).

For every home that we have ever sold, I have always cleaned it to perfection.  I always had the carpets cleaned and touched up all the paint (including in the closets).  My Mom always taught me that I should leave the house the way I would want to move into it.

Wow!!!  That sounds like a whole lot of...excitement!  We didn't have anything nearly that exciting.  (But hey, look at how all of that "junk" came in handy!)

Gee sounds like previous owner   left you all things  probly including baseboard replacemets  for undisclosed issues lol ... Poor dear ... But perhaps once you   figure out the issues you can tresolve and   toss all.. But was generous of her  to have left provisions  as mighty costly and harder to match if you didnt have on hand ... Sorry bout  the issues  but it es exciting at least .. We found roof leaks , after all papers signed ,,, and our back forty  well lets say it STILL is  determined Not to be long controlled ... and  yet  weve had   many great memories here   despite it all .. Blessings on your new home ... and Wait  Fals followed by winter  which  means you get to discover what types rodents  your area  and choose to reside for winter you all ... But  They will be new pets
