I was not sure where to post this one. I was wondering what some of you think about stretchmarks? Would you ladies wear spaguetti strap $#%*!! ...s even if you had them? Is it something that someone with stretch marks should not wear period? I have alittle of the stretch marks on the back of my arms from liting weiths. I have had this problem for about six years now. My arms got really muscular and then my muscles went away from not working out. I have never worn anything that would show them because I am emberrased. What I hate is that I can't wear something like this during the summer and it sure gets hot. Now I am getting my definition back so later that won't matter too me anymore.

I am not going to lie to you and tell you that it does not gross me out when I see women wearing things that I think looks bad or gross.  But, it's not about me.  It's not about anyone else, it's about you.  If you feel comfortable in your skin and you feel like you want to wear spaghetti straps, go for it.  Yes, people may think that you should not be wearing that, but it's none of their damn business.  If you are comfortable with it then wear it.

It's not as bad as muffin tops hanging out of pants that are too low and shirts that are too high (which I think looks just terrible).  But, if the woman is comfortable in her skin and does not mind wearing it, then she should do it.  I personally do not feel comfortable enough in my skin to show any, but that's me.

Who the hell are we to define what is beautiful and what is not?  There is no way to "define" beauty.  Many people think that huge muscles on men (or women) are beautiful, hot, sexy, whatever.  Huge muscles gross me out.

We spend too much time relying on Hollywood Bitches and Beaus to tell us what we should and should not wear and what we should and should not look like.  I say screw the mentality that other people can make me feel better about myself.  If feeling good about myself does not come from the inside (coming from the outside is temporary and will never last) then what is it worth?

Anyway, I am pretty long winded and passionate about this kind of subject, sorry.  But, if you do not feel comfortable wearing the spaghetti straps yet, then hold off.

I have lived in AZ for a long time and for the past ten years or so have never worn tanks or anything without sleeves unless I was swimming.  Even in 112 degree weather.  You will survive no matter what your decision may be.

I am a big girl... I love me, every singal lb, inch and stetch mark every freckel, and every mole...love me all... It took alot though to learn to love me for me... as long as you are comfy do what you want... wear what you want.

     Personally  Strectch Marks  are a Badge of honor to me ... They represent .. babies, weight loss , and lottsa good things ... Toning is great ... But not a big deal .. Besides .. youre very pretty whose gonna even really notice cept you ??!! Get Cool n Comfy love .   In summer I Dont care about much cept comfort less going out  

Gotta love your stretch marks!  They are mommy marks and you should be proud of everyone of em!  There are tons of women who want mommy marks and can't have em.  So don't be ashamed to have them sneak out of the shirt or bathing suit at all!

Yep, I have them too. Not a big deal to me. I too feel they are a part of being a mom and all that comes with it.
