heres a pic from our backyard this afternoon

 

the biggest fire has moved more south of us and more east of its first location and it looked like there wer 2 other smaller fires too.

looking east from our house the smoke is really thick.



we had an appointment in the southeast valley today and when we were driving home it was really dark from the smoke and ash was falling on the car it was kind of nice since the sun was blocked from blinding us. as we got past 51st ave it was pretty clear and sunny the smoke was alot thinner even though the fire is closer. the wind has picked up again tonite and has spread the smoke out pretty thin to the north of us.
