But that also depends on what type of cheese you use. Using a different type of cheese in your grilled cheese can really change the entire sandwich. Cheddar makes a strong and hearty taste, while mozzerella leaves a smooth and mild sort of taste. Experiement and have fun with it! That's how you find what is best for your family! ^_^

I also like to put jalapenos in there. But what don't I put them in? Obviously bacon - a grilled cheese and bacon....are you kidding me? Title: Grilled Cheese Posted: 11 months ago On sourdough I like to grill cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon. SO good. Other then that its just cheese and once in awhile I will add some bologna or any lunch meat I have here.
