I am going to be a little sad when I get th little girl back but need the $$$$.

Whats that?.... only kidding, I have a friend who owns a tanning salon, and I work every Wednesday, just to get out of the house and have an adult convo, although MT helps a lot too... But other then that, I'm a stay at home mommy and I love it! I couldnt even think of a better job!

Ok well I have 5 other kids here to keep me busy.. so now I really feel like this is my Job, and when DS comes home.. I can be just Mommy for him, So except for toddler tantrums, really messy diapers and dishes, I love being the Den Mother to all my little guys and I am quite good at raising little ones, and they are the best reward for my job, watching little ones grow and develop into really great children! ( plus I couldn't do this if I didn't love it, its hard too)

Job 1: I love my main job, being a mommy. I have so much fun watching Autumn Learn new things and grow everyday. Cleaning up is not so fun, but I can deal with that.

I am a stay at home mom with a side as an (unpublished) author. (will be published in the fall. I was not really sure whether I would like to be at home or not. I am a work a holic... I've always been in the corporate environment and loved it. Loved the hustle and bustle, politics, corporate ladder or everything, but I had the opportunity to hand over that hat for the dish, laundry, diaper hat and it was a good trade. Once we are done with having kids and writing books, I will likely just go back to part time, maybe as a substitute teacher or something that I can do at the office and never bring home. The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.

The co-workers I have are great (there are only two of them really) but the attorney I work for is difficult and the location is only convenient to me now, not when I buy a house away from here. I'm already job-hunting for something in a different area. Besides that, I have no health benefits where I am (hubby does, but they suck) and I have a boss who micro-manages, which I hate. Plus, I'm not being pushed to anywhere near my full potential at this place. The pay is pretty good, though. |
