You must like something about your job or you wouldn't be there, right? Is it the money? The hours? The people? Benefits? Tell us how you really feel about that place we spend too much time in.

Yes.  We all have our days- but I love to stay home!  I am not babysitting right now and am less stressed.  It is amazing how much one less child makes your life so much easier.  I am going to be a little sad when I get th little girl back but need the $$$$.

The fact of the matter is I hate some of my job duties but Love my job.... Does that make sence?

I hate being the laundry girl, I hate being the dish washer, I don't mind being the cook, or the house keeper, I love being the childcare provider,

As for my other Job, I really like it alot... I swear to you in the past 5 months of employment I have learned more then i could ever imagin.Which is totally the reason I love my job. If I wasn't learning things everyday I might be bored. The fact that all my co workers rock just as much as I do if not more is a real bonus...Smile

I have my struggles with finding the balance between outside work and family.

On those days where I struggle, I feel so lucky and very grateful that I can still sit back and say I LOVE my job.

The fact is I have to work, we need money to survive.   I work for a company that I will hopefully retire with and that has many great benefits.  I learn something new each day and am constantly challenged to develop my leadership, conflict management, communication and organization skills.  It is a CRAZY business that I am in, but the challenge and constant change keeps me interested.

Even when I am tired, I LOVE to come home and fulfill my mommy and wife job duties.  This year, my goal is to be better at using my time off through out the year, so that I can have the moments of hanging with my guys without working.  So far, I am managing this.  Next step, not to book myself with a ton of plans.

Most days I love my Job..the reason I started doing this job (home daycare) was to stay with my little guy, and now he has grown so big, develpmentally too, so he needed more that the 1&2's could offer him, so now my DS is in daycare full time, and I am doing a home daycare without my dear little guy, so Today is his first day where he won't be home til supper time..   Ok well I have 5 other kids here to keep me busy.. so now I really feel like this is my Job, and when DS comes home.. I can be just Mommy for him,    So except for toddler tantrums, really messy diapers and dishes, I love being the Den Mother to all my little guys and I am quite good at raising little ones, and they are the best reward for my job, watching little ones grow and develop into really great children!  ( plus I couldn't do this if I didn't love it, its hard too)

Job 1:  I love my main job, being a mommy.  I have so much fun watching Autumn Learn new things and grow everyday.  Cleaning up is not so fun, but I can deal with that.

Job 2:  Being a full time student, not so much fun all of the time.  I am constantly stressed out, and tired.  I am always ready to give up because my classes are so hard and I just dont have the time i need to put into them.   But I know that i have to do it, so that Autumn and I will have a better life when it is all over.

Job 3:  Sears Hardwear department.  Has its ups and downs.  I get really sick of people being immature and acting like children.  I am not a big fan of our store manager.   But, I do like my department manager, and some of the people I work with.  And on a good day at work, The money is pretty good, and I know that my manager will work with my schedule as much as i need him to.  It is also a nice break from being at home.

I do love my job and I worried a lot whether I would or not. I am a stay at home mom with a side as an (unpublished) author.  (will be published in the fall.  I was not really sure whether I would like to be at home or not.  I am a work a holic... I've always been in the corporate environment and loved it.  Loved the hustle and bustle, politics, corporate ladder or everything, but I had the opportunity to hand over that hat for the dish, laundry, diaper hat and it was a good trade.  Once we are done with having kids and writing books, I will likely just go back to part time, maybe as a substitute teacher or something that I can do at the office and never bring home.

I hate my job.

It is a 1 hour commute (at least one hour) each way. They cut our benefits every year, no raises, no bonuses (unless you are an Exec). Special people get little perks, but they really don't care about us worker-bees.

I really hate being an accountant as well. The "can't be away from the office the first two weeks of any month". The working long hours, stress, not getting to interact with other adults except those in accouting. I'm away from my home too much, just hate it.

It was not a good career choice, but at 19 years old I didn't think I'd be a single Mom. Going back to school is a possiblity, but I can't take a pay-cut to switch careers, so I am stuck. Can't move to be closer to our office, and wouldn't want to move away from my Mom, and there are very few accounting jobs out in the suburbs part of town where we live.

I like the people I work with.  They are very easy to kid around with.  The pay is not that good, but I wouldn't leave the job for nothing.

My job is a so-so place. The co-workers I have are great (there are only two of them really) but the attorney I work for is difficult and the location is only convenient to me now, not when I buy a house away from here. I'm already job-hunting for something in a different area. Besides that, I have no health benefits where I am (hubby does, but they suck) and I have a boss who micro-manages, which I hate. Plus, I'm not being pushed to anywhere near my full potential at this place. The pay is pretty good, though.
