Well   Its getting to be that time again !!! OK  We may not exactly  like the choices we are left with  , but it is what it is. Love em or hate em  we will have two teams to pick from to continue to lead this country. Two teams  from which must be our voice.

      If we DO NOT  vote ,  we have lost our rights to complain , to have any  say in  what happens or not... Even if our chosen team loses  we still have spoken..... If we opt Not to vote   weve hidden our heads in the sand  and decided to take what we get regardless.

    I personally think   No BELEIVE   that  Not voting is  like  being  present at a crime scene   watching and doing nothing....   So this said  How many  of us Vote ? Why or what is your excuse not too?

      I am not thrilled w whats looking like our choices.... However I will have to vote for whomever best  seems  ready to speak out and act in what I hope is best for our country, for our future  our children and grandchildrens futures .

    Many of us take opposing veiws   , and thats fine  We all want what we feel is best interest for our great land... Just dont agree on how it ought be done  We desire  better place  just the same  and best leaders...Voting  decides what stance majority  wants...

  I dont like our systems  for voting  any more than next guy  I think its gotten harder to trust  rather than better w electronic votes.. Still I Will God Willing  cast my ballot  meaning  so long as something like hospil or something stops me   Its not just a Privilidge, not just a right  but an OBLIGATION  to vote    So hope to see us All there  

    

My dh has the "I don't like anyone" syndrom:0  I told him pick the top 5 issues that concern you most-  Go to the canidates web sites-straight from the horses mouth-  then pick the one that best matches your views.  Last summer we had a local vote i got caught up in the day and forgot-i regret it now. 

Voting is very important for the country.  It's a big part of what this country is.  I too did not vote in a local election last year because it had just gotten UGLY.  U G L Y!!!  I could not read between the lines any longer to try to unravel the lies that they were telling.  I kept up with it as far as I could but finally drown in the river of bullcrap that was being fed to the locals.  I will be voting in the presidential and have told myself that I will vote in the next local no matter how ugly it gets. 

hahaha i hate the whole if you dont vote you cant complain line why because its bs. i can complain all i want it is called free speech. i have my reasons for not voting in the presidential elections and that reason is the electoral college. not many elections are won by popular vote they are decided by the electoral college but its fine and dandy if you think your vote counts for anything.
