If you haven't been to Broadway or your favorite performance just doesn't happen to be there, let us know! Maybe you're from the U.K. and your shows have all been West End performances. Maybe you live in the NYC area, but loved a show somewhere else. What shows did/do you like?

I'd have to say my favorite Broadway is Les Miserables....I absolutely love the soundtrack and it was amazing when I saw it performed in NYC.Laughing

Les Miserables was amazing my fave- but I love high energy shows.  I saw Joesph with Donnie Osmend at the Chicago theater which was so fun lots of color.  The one I want to see is Wicked-my mom said it was awesome!

Honestly, I have never been to a broadway show, or any real shows like that.  I just found out that they are doing The Little Mermaid on  Broadway, and I would love to see it.  I loved that movie as a kid, and i still love it now.  I think it would be so awesome to see it live.

CATS, Loved it.  Also like Grease though too.  Chicago was good, man I could go on.  Really wanted to see Wicked when it came, but it sold out to darn quick.  Waiting for Spamalot to come to Phnx.

The only one that I have seen on Broadway was Cats.  But when I was in high school and college my parents took us to see several when they were touring here- Phantom of the Opera, Joseph, Miss Saigon...I really miss that. Frown  It was really fun.  And there are so many that I would love to see.  But hey, there's still time. Smile

I took my oldest daughter to see Wicked in July when we were in Chicago. LOVED IT!

I just took her to see Annie the day after Christmas at ASU Gammage.

I took her to see Beauty & The Beast when she was 3 (that was almost 10 years ago) at the Chicago Theater.

I really loved Phantom of the Opera.  Saw that one in Chicago years ago, too.

I had tickets a year in advance to see The Lion King in Chicago in 2003 but we moved to Arizona a few months before the show and then a friends father passed away so I had to sell my tickets.  Then I missed it when it came to AZ so that is one I'd still like to see.

I also really want to see Rent but never did.

But I have also seen many off-broadway shows that were really good too.

I enjoyed Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables. I prefer ballets over any form of entertainment, though. Symphonies are nice, too. A great dinner, a ballet, and a cozy bar afterward. That would be a perfect evening.

Phantom is a fantastic show! Les Mis is also a great show.... but honestly, my favorite one was Footloose. The NYC performance of that was heads above the movie. Grease I found to be worse than the movie. Riverdance was pretty cool and I'm always a shoe-in for the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City or the NYC performance of A Christmas Carol. I've seen that one at least five times. Rent sucked, though. Meet Me In St. Louis was a good show, too. Didn't know I went to so many! Oh, and Movin' Out was awesome! So my favorite of all those is Les Mis and Footloose.
