I went down today and got my head shaved! I got sick and tired of my hair coming out in clumps! Wild to have that short of hair! Never ever been like that before!

Looks good.  I always wanted to do super short hair but never had the guts.  Think of all the time you'll save not having to do anything to it.

Let me tell you a quick story...You know April on here thats shaved her head also and is going through some medical things herself.  I was going through her profile and her pictures and she has posted some amazing photos.....Well as I was looking threw them and praying for her medical conditions I saw one picture that her head was shaved and then a few more with a few different wigs and styles and lengths......I sat there looking at these pictures thinking.....She is so beautiful with or without the hair and then I thought....man that must have brought some spark back in her relationship with her hubby...one days he is with a red head one day a jet black hair women and one of the pictures she looked funky and stylish with these sexy big boots to her knees.....and when I was thinking about all this I thought...man I would love to do that......Change my style my look all the time....I say  IT LOOKS GREAT...Go get some wigs....be a deva be a godess be whatever you want to be and be yourself.  I think it can be fun and uplifting.......and I think you are beautiful without your hair.........I have gotten to know you a bit through your writings and I beleive all these trials and tough times and making you stronger and I believe that the things with hubby are going to be just fine because you need him.....you need someone to look at you and see the beautiful children you brought into this world and that most men get us upset and being sick doesn't make the stress go away....I think the little things he does and the not leaving your side at the hospital show you how much he sees your beautiful too.....

Thats true about the heat. I will be outside alot cause of my job so it should be helpful. At least I wont have to worry about brushing out the tangles!!! HA!

Kids were thrown for a loop when they came home! All they could do is stare. Caitllynn said Mom you got your hair cut! LOL.

You will be surprised at how you can use the new hair style into different looks.  After a bad attempt at cutting my own hair, I shaved mine bald (no guard) for about 3 years.  I loved it, easy to take care of, cooler for here in AZ, and I had so much fun with different bandana's, or after it grew just a little some clips.

KERI, YOU LOOK GREAT, AND THE LADIES ARE RIGHT, YOU CAN HAVE SOME REAL FUN NOW TRYING NEW THINGS TILL ITS BACK , IF YOU CHOOSE TO GROW IT AGAIN, YOU MAY LOVE SO MUCH YOU MAY KEEP SHORT.    I HOPE YOU ARE FEELING BETTER.

i like it =) im tempted to shave my head again it was soooooo much easier. mine was shaved to a 3 or 4 guard with long bangs hehe hubby and i had the same hair cut he still has it made it so much easier to dye funky colors. i think i had mine like that for around 3-4 years

looks like a military mommy!!! woohoo you go so brave to cut your hair i could never do that!!

Well its either coming out in shoulder length clumps or half inch bits. Kinda remind myself of Demi Moore in GI Jane! LOL.

Wasnt any big deal. I told the hair stylist that I have cancer and its coming out so shave it off. So she said ok. We talked about me not having any symptoms other then being tired. And as a parent of two kids  and a fulltime job when are we NOT tired?
