Its really helpful. They send you a weekly email of dinners. Its only Monday-Friday, but it can really give you some ideas. There were times before where the kids would say to me oh tacos again or hamburgers again. Now with this menu I get other ideas about what to make for dinner. I usually dont make everything they have planned out, but it really helps you out by giving you some new ideas.

Every Thursday they send you a new menu for the next week. Its a lot of help for me. I always have the hardest time thinking of what to make for dinner week after week. The kids seem to like it too, they dont have to eat the same thing over and over. Now we have variety!! They also have a lot of other interesting things to read on their site. Heather
