I wanted twins so bad!!!!!  I'm only having one though!  How is it with twins?  Was it crazy or did you do alright?  I'd love to hear about it!  As soon as I find out what I'm having I'll definitely post, but right now I'm only 12 weeks.

I loved every minut of being pregnate, except people saying that I looked like I was going to pop or due any day and I was only 6 months along. The pregnacy was very easy but I only carired till 34 week and (only becouse my water broke (baby A). I wish that I could have carried the full 40 weeks. They spent 2 weeks in the NICU just to learn to eat and breath at the same time and gain a little more weight (4lbs 8oz and 4lbs 13oz). When they got home it was not that hard to care for them becouse they would sleep all day except to eat and it was like that for the first 6 weeks of their life. But I was busy pumping every 2 hours (they never learned how to latch on). When they got older and more moble it became harder. They run in diffrent directions now and keep me on my toes. I was lucky becouse I am able to be a stay at home mom (even though I feel like a sinlge mom......mu husband works 16 hour days). But other than that it has been pure joy. Just wish that I could have some me time every once and awhile. I have been with the kids ever since they were born and not away from them longer than 6 hours just for a Christmas party.

Sorry for the rambling but I love talking about my pregnancy and kids.

I love to hear about it!!  I especially love hearing about twins!  I can only imagine how you feel.  I feel like I spent with just one baby, she is all over the place and gets into everything.  I couldn't imagine having to chase two around!  Although, I really hope to have twins one day!

I use to believe this wives tale through and through - until my 4th child. My 3rd child was a girl - and I was violently ill for 6 months, my hormones were out of control, I was way more emotional than the rest - so when I waas preg with my 4th child I thought for sure I *had* to be having a boy because they were the complete opposite. Easy pregnancy, barely any morning sickness - I pretty much felt great until the last month. I had a girl.

Shows me that really each pregnancy no matter what - is different.

This time I'm in between the two and it's a boy. Now that I'm 6 months I can tell the difference in the way I'm carrying him vs. the girls - however I couldn't any earlier than that.

Good luck!

I have heard so many of these, and I find them all very entertaining. A woman I worked with used the string test, by holding it over my wrist and determining which way it swung (straight back and forth = boy, in circles was girl). Crazy.

I had a girl and then a boy (so far). I wasn't sick with either of them. I was feeling sick with both in the first trimester, but no actual throwing up. I craved orange juice with my son. I craved goldfish crackers with my daughter. I craved Burger King with my daughter. Strange things and none of them adds up to a scientific thing. The Chinese lunar calendar was right about my daughter, but not my son.

I carried all over with both of mine and was equally swollen with both. My pregnancies were very similar.

Don't fret about having a boy, though! I actually wanted a boy the first time around, and got a girl and I swear, that little angel stole my heart so much that I wanted another girl the second time around and got my son. Now, this little man has stolen my heart like crazy. I didn't think I'd be able to love the 2nd one or a boy as much as my daughter, but holy crap, I was wrong!

Okay here is a goofy way to tell, It worked when i was pregant with my son.

Get a pencil with an earser and a needle and thread, put the theard in the needle and put the needle into the earser, You need to lay down on the floor have someone hold the string and pencil over your stomach and the pencil should move in circles beacuse if your daughter and if it goes side to side next that means you will have a boy if the pencil keeps going in circles then u are going to have another girl.

I know it soulds crazy but it was right on for all my friends and family.

I carried my daughter really low also.  Everyone said I was going to have a boy.  My doctor looked at my last appointment and he couldn't tell.  My next appointment just got pushed back so I won't find out until March 22nd now.  I can wait though.

Another funny old wives tale I just recently heard is that if you add together your age when you conceived and the month you conceived an odd number means boy and and even number means girl.  That didn't work for my last pregnancy... My number was odd.

Your current pregnancy sounds like both of the pregancies I had with my girls. Almost to the letter...

I am now pregnant for the 3rd time and have had SUCH a different pregnancy-I've never been so ill in my life.

Everyone kepy saying, "It's a boy this time..."

We found out last week that it's a BOY!

i don't know about being pregnant with a girl because i only have one child and it was a boy. i do know that i carried really low the entire time i was pregnant and was sick for the first five months. i knew that i was having a boy before the doctor even had to tell me, because i felt it in my heart and a few nights later i had a dream.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!  I had an ultrasound today and the doctor couldn't tell the gender!!!!!!!  At first he said girl then he said boy, then he said he just couldn't tell.
