MommyTalk.com Celebrates Father's Day with "Best Dad Ever" Contest

Members can nominate dads to receive a $150 Lowe's gift card and have their essay published on the site

PHOENIX - (June 6, 2007) - Looking for a different way to celebrate dad this Father's Day? MommyTalk.com is hosting its first "Best Dad Ever" contest, giving members a chance to nominate their husband or dad to win a $150 Lowe's gift card and have their essay published on the site on Father's Day.

"Father's roles have changed a lot over the past decade," said Travis Moss, CEO and president of MommyTalk.com, "Many are now the nurturers of the family, while mom is working full-time, or maybe they are raising their children as a single parent. No matter what role they play in our lives, fathers should be recognized and celebrated."

Members and their families will share stories by answering questions like "What is the most important lesson dad has taught your children?" The winning nomination will be published as the site's feature of the day on Father's Day. Runners up will have some of the answers to their questions featured on the site as well.

All nomination forms are due by midnight on Friday, June 15. Visit http://www.mommytalk.com/viewthread/2439/Upcoming_Father to view the nomination form.
