MommyTalk.com was founded by Travis Moss and sister-in-law, Lorraine Moss. The site has since taken on a life of its own with the members acting as the writers and producers.

The site's number one priority is safety, as parents have warranted concerns about safety on the Internet. Members have the option to completely lock their profiles so only family and friends can view their pages. The site is regularly monitored by MommyTalk.com moderators to ensure security.

MommyTalk.com runs solely on advertising revenue. The company is based in New York, New York but provides service nationwide. Through a growing number of partnerships with some of the leading "parenting" professionals across the nation (over 20 feature contributors), MommyTalk.com brings first-rate content, services and fun to its members.

Stephen Shearin, a parent himself, manages the overall operations on the site. When he's not working with the teams to assist with design or content, he's dreaming up new ways to ride his giant chicken through the streets of Paris.

Yes, the name says it all. While Gossip Girl's identity remains a secret, her features and blogs don't. She writes every Friday about just how funny and crazy our favorite stars really are.
